Vital Living Center ships most items by UPS. Large, overweight items may be shipped by other ground services. Next day air and other priority shipments are also available.

Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on actual weight, size, and destination. Once your order is processed, shipping and handling charges will be determined (based on actual charges), and added to your order. There is a minimum shipping and handling charge of $4.95 on all orders. Next day air and other priority shipments are also available.
